French day

November14

http://French day on PhotoPeach

As you know, it was French day on Thursday.  In the morning, the children took inspiration from the French artist Edgar Degas and created their own ballerina statues.  Everyone was very enthusiastic and showed great resilience – it turns out making 3D structures using pipe cleaners is really quite tricky!!

In the afternoon, the children chose what they would like to do.  Some of the children did some beautiful moonlit painting and learned a French song, whilst others put on a fab ballet performance!
